OUR MISSION

Our mission is simple, create great drinks that allow you to enjoy your night and the next day! At RTM Beverages we are looking to the future of drinking, by rethinking drinking. 

The drinks industry is always evolving, recently however changes seem to be coming faster and faster. We have seen how 'craft' has affected beer & spirits. Size and big marketing budgets no longer guarantee success - the consumer is fickle and will make up their own mind.

We now also see a global trend towards healthier living and wellness - How will this impact the way consumers drink? What is coming next? These are the kind of questions we ask ourselves every day.

We develop and manage a range of premium brands in the No and Lo drinks industry. We love the drinks industry, we stay nimble and react quickly to emerging trends to develop our own products and to work on bespoke projects.

RTM Beverages was founded by Stephen Dillon, Stephen has over 20 years of drinks industry and retail experience. He has previously worked as European Sales director for the craft & specialty division of Ab-InBev, the world's largest beer company. He has a diploma in Wines & Spirits, is one of Ireland’s only qualified craft beer sommeliers.

Stephen founded Ireland's leading online craft beer store, 'The Beer Club' in 2011. This was followed by the launch of his own craft beer label '12th Abbey' in 2014.

RTM Beverages launched Europe's first Hard Seltzer brand Loki & Co. in 2017.  Our alcohol free spirit brand Noki & Co. launched in 2018. 2021 saw the launch of Quiet Noise Brewing - Ireland's only dedicated range of Alcohol Free Craft Beers. 

We develop our brands based on in-depth consumer insights and we stay curious.
